Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has attended a presentation of Team Belarus and volunteer outfits for the 2nd European Games MINSK 2019 on 2 October.

The presentation was held in the Palace of Independence. The uniforms were presented by Sport and Tourism Minister Sergei Kovalchuk, First Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Andrei Astashevich, designer Yulia Latushkina and Director General of Solo Pinsk Company Vasily Goreglyad.

Team Belarus’ outfits have been designed by the Pinsk company and consist of 19 items. Solo-Pinsk plans to produce 500 sets of uniforms.

The collection got the name Prastora. Its symbol is stylistically linked with the logo of the 2nd European Games and embodies the Belarusian expanses.

Yulia Latushkina has designed the uniform of volunteers and participants the Flame of Peace campaign and also Team Belarus outfits for the opening and closing ceremonies, podium ceremonies. The outfit for volunteers and participants of the Flame of Peace campaign is themed around the tree of life reflecting Belarusian vytinanka and the symbols of the sports.
