Aleksandr Lukashenko awards Alla Pugacheva Order of Friendship of Peoples
On 23 September Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a decree to award pop singer Alla Pugacheva the Order of Friendship of Peoples.
The award is the recognition of the artist’s significant contribution to pop music and strengthening of cultural ties between Belarus and Russia.
